Weltman Home Services Donates $1,000 to The Berkeley Heights Volunteer Rescue Squad

Dan Weltman, (L) President of Weltman Home Services, presents a check for $1,000 to Rich Bower, President, Joe Plocinski, Volunteer EMT and Bill Schulz, Captain for the Berkeley Heights Volunteer Rescue Squad in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

This money will be used to supplement the cost of the first responder vehicle and upgrade the radio system. The first responder vehicle will arrive before the ambulance in critical situations with an EMT to help those in need, and the new radio system will allow a quicker and more efficient response.

Each month, Weltman Home Services donates $1,000 to a local charity selected at random from nominations received from customers of Weltman Home Services.
