Narrative:  On 4-21-13, a Byram Twp. Police Officer observed a vehilce traveling 63 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on Rt. 206 N.  A motor vehicle stop was initiated and while speaking to the driver of the vehicle, Patrick S. Doran of Byram Twp., the officer felt that Doran may be intoxicated.  Doran was asked to perform several field sobriety tests, which he failed.  Doran was arrested and transported to the station where he failed two breath tests.  Doran was charged with the following and released to a friend pending a mandatory Byram Twp. Municipal Court date:  Driving While Intoxicated and Speeding.
