WARREN, NJ - The National Weather Service(NWS) is forecasting that Somerset County should expect 1-3 inches of snow on Sunday, Feb. 9 through the afternoon and evening. It may snow heavily at times but these should be brief periods.

Drivers are cautioned to be careful on roadways, but the overall snowfall should not be significant.

During the last week, social media had hyped up a possible Snowmageddon storm anticipating upwards of 30 inched of snow. The NWS doesn't anticipate snow accumulation to be any greater than 3 , not 30, inches.
