Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Education Event Highlights Week in Millburn

MILLBURN, NJ – Education-related matters dominate the township calendar this week:

 

Monday, January 27:

Wyoming Elementary School Band/Strings Concert at 10 a.m. at 55 Myrtle Ave.

Essex County Clerk outreach to process Passports, Notary Public Oaths, and Veterans Peddler Licenses at the Millburn Public Library from 2 to 8 p.m.

Board of Education Regular Meeting at the Education Center, 434 Millburn Ave. at 7:45 p.m.

 

Tuesday, January 28:

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Presentation at the Middle School auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Chris Anderson, an educational consultant, grant writer, and adjunct professor specializing in integrative-STEM education, will inform parents, teachers, and community members about STEM and what it means for our school district and for our students.

 

Wednesday, January 29:

Millburn High School PTO Meeting (rescheduled from 1/21) at noon in the Education Center, 434 Millburn Avenue.

 

Friday, January 30:

Hartshorn Elementary School Band/Strings Concert in the Hartshorn Gym, 400 Hartshorn Drive.
