LIVINGSTON, NJ - Preparations are already underway for Livingston’s 19th annual Youth Appreciation Week. This week-long event, which is planned for May 19-26, celebrates Livingston’s youth and recognizes their achievements and contributions to our community. Chairing this event is Livingston’s Healthy Community Healthy Youth Initiative (HCHY).
Youth Appreciation Week will feature different events each day starting on May 19, which include: Color War, a Diversity Festival, Family Fun at the Oval, Movie under the Stars, Town Camp Out, Music Festival, Adopt a Grandparent, a Stuff the Bus food drive for C.H.O.W, Parents Night Out and Livingston’s Annual Memorial Day ceremonies and parade.
More details will follow. Right now, the committee needs support from the community, as much of the success of this endeavor depends upon the financial support of Livingston businesses and residents.
