Police Advise Washington Rock Closure, Caution Icy Conditions For A.M.

WARREN, NJ - Police advise that Washington Rock Road will be closed Thursday, Feb. 20 from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. for snow removal.  
 
Drivers are cautioned to be on the lookout for black ice and icy road conditions on area roads during the early morning commute.
 
There remains an abundant amount of moisture on area roads. Also, temperatures in many locations are at or below freezing outside the New York City metropolitan area. Fog has also developed, some of which is locally dense.
 
Anyone traveling should exercise extra caution.
