The Metropolitan Orchestra of New Jersey, a full symphonic community orchestra, composed mostly of local volunteer musicians, invites talented area residents to join us at rehearsals as we begin our 43rd season. The orchestra's conductor is Michael Stratechuk.

Rehearsals, for the first of our 3 concert series, will begin on Monday, Sept. 8 at Chatham Middle School, 480 Main St. Chatham, NJ.  Rehearsals run from 7:30-10:00 p.m. in the Band Room.

The fall concert, on Sunday, Nov. 16 at 3:00 pm, will include: Beethoven: Egmont Overture; Mendelssohn: Violin Concerto in E Minor; and Beethoven: Symphony #4.
