MILLTOWN, NJ - The Central New Jersey Brain Tumor Support Group will be co-sponsoring a conference that will be held in Edison, NJ on Saturday, October 5 starting at 8:00 A.M. The event, Diagnosis Brain Tumor, You Are Not Alone V, will feature many experts in the fields of brain tumor research, as well as other medical staff and caregivers.

One of Milltown's own will be a speaker at the event. Diane Bier, whose husband David has been a brain cancer survivor since 2002 will be featured in one of the sessions.  Diane, who has been a charity and fundraising marathon runner for a number of years will be speaking about a subject all too familiar to her. "Newly Diagnosed? Now What?" will address things many families affected by brain tumors are unsure about when everything first happens.
