Madison Boys Soccer Blanks Parsippany, 2-0

MADISON, NJ – For the second time in a week, the Madison boys’ soccer team blanked Parsippany, 2-0, on Thursday at Ted Monica Stadium.

The victory pushes the Dodgers to 5-2-4 on the year.

Jared Waksman paced Madison with a goal and an assist in the game. In the 29th minute, he connected with Schuyler Fuchsman on a cross.

In the 52nd minute, Waksman scored on a loose ball at the feet of Parsippany’s goalkeeper.

Madison net-minder Reid Collins earned the shutout, the team’s seventh of the season. 

The Dodgers visit Mendham on Sunday in a Morris County Tournament match. Kick-off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
