LIVINGSTON, NJ - The Livingston Municipal Court settled four cases, for the week of Feb. 16 through Feb. 23.

Micheal Little of Newark was charged with shoplifting from Macy’s for attempting to steal cologne valued at $60.

Little plead guilty to amended charge of theft and was sentenced to pay a $250 fine, $33 in court cost fees, $50 to the Victim of Crime Compensation fund and $75 to the State Neighborhood fund.

Sisters Camille, Dainah and Erica Humphrey of Newark were each charged with theft from ShopRite. Camille and Dainah each attempted to steal $200 from the store till and Erica attempted to steal $300.

All three girls plead guilty to the charge as written and were each sentenced to pay a $250 fine, $33 in court cost fees, $50 to the Victim of Crime Compensation fund and $75 to the State Neighborhood fund.
