WEST ORANGE, NJ - Fusion, the popular Peruvian eatery located at 274 Main Street in West Orange, has reopened for business. After closing for several months due to a family illness, Fusion is once again open seven days a week, offering its unique Peruvian Fusion menu - traditional Peruvian cuisine with a decidedly contemporary global flair.
Twenty six year old Jonathan LaTorre has taken over management of Fusion, which is open Monday through Thursday from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Friday through Sunday from 12:00 pm - 2:00 am. In additional to their food menu, which currently features past favorites and new selections, they also have beer, wine, and cocktails available.
