The month of May is Elder Law Month. On Tuesday, May 20 at 7:30 PM at the Summit Free Public Library, Elder Law attorney Elga A. Goodman will discuss strategies and legal tools that can help make the "Golden Years" golden. Learn how Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and Effective Asset Ownership can help you control your affairs. Coffee and refreshments will be served.
Ms. Goodman focuses her practice on estate planning and elder law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and is a member of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations. Ms. Goodman earned her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 1996, and her L.L.M. degree in Taxation from New York University .School of Law in 2002.
