SPARTA, NJ- Taking advantage of the beautiful evening, several hundred people gathered at Dykstra Park to watch the movie Frozen.  This was the first of three outdoor movies to be shown at Nicholson Pavilion sponsored by the Sparta Recreation Department.

Summit Entertainment provided a movie theater quality experience with an inflatable screen and sound system.

Mayor Molly Whilesmith and Councilwoman Christine Quinn both attended.  Whilesmith said, “Councilwoman Quinn and I want to thank the Sparta Rec Department and Billy Hines from the DPW for going above and beyond to provide this wonderful evening.”

The next outdoor movie night is scheduled for July 19.  Iron Man III will be shown, beginning at dusk.
