MAPLEWOOD, NJ - The Summer Concert Series at the Springfield Avenue Gazebo will conclude this Saturday, Aug. 23, at 7 p.m. with a performance of classic jazz and swing by the 4th Street NiteOwls.

The band will pull from its extensive repertoire of songs from the 1930s jazz age and beyond. They always put a unique spin on classic songs, and will likely throw in a few originals, too. The band features piano, electric arch top guitar, upright bass, & snare drum with male and female lead vocals.

The Springfield Avenue Gazebo is located next to the Hilton Branch of the Maplewood Library at 1688 Springfield Ave.

The Maplewood Department of Recreation and Cultural Affairs sponsored the free concert series this summer. For more information on this and other events, visit Maplewood Township website at www.twp.maplewood.nj.us or call (973) 640-0399.
