EDISON, NJ - The Edison Arts Society is sponsoring the 14th Visual Arts Display, "Color My World" at JFK Hospital, James Street in Edison on Sunday, August 3, 2014. The reception starts at 2 pm with light refrehments being served This is a free exhibit and everyone is invited.
“The JFK venue is a first for EAS and we're so thrilled," said Gloria Dittman, President Edison Arts Society. “The Edison Arts Society has sponsored over 30 visual art exhibits in an effort to enhance and cultivate the love of all art in our community.”
Ms. Debra Biderman, accomplished violinist, will perform. Several artists will be featured -- Harvey Levine, Brenda Pipik, Nella Zadra, Tejal Shah, Ray Skibinski and Dorothy Scarpelli among others.
“Edison has a strong music program in all our schools and we are delighted that our students perform at most of our art exhibits," said Dittman.
The Edison Arts Society is more than 15 years and is a non-profit organization. Our mission is to enhance and encourage a love for all the arts -- dance, music, visual arts, literature and theatre. New members are always welcome to join the Edison Arts Society.
