A San Jose, California man, who was wanted on an arrest warrant for alleged felony marijuana dealing at a 2012 Towamencin house party on Hillock Court, turned himself in to police Thursday, according to The Reporter.

Taylor Jordan Bicht, 21, formerly of Hatfield Township, was arraigned on a felony count of possession of a controlled substance, three felony charges of criminal use of a phone, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, misdemeanor receipt of a controlled substance and other offenses, per court documents.
