Afternoon Heist at PNC Bank in Scotch Plains on Monday, April 28

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- The PNC Bank at 361 Park Ave. in Scotch Plains, was robbed in broad daylight on Monday, April 28 around 1 p.m. 

The suspect is a white male with a beard and mustache, between 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-10 inches tall, average build, wearing a blue jacket and two-tone baseball cap (blue or green and white with "A" emblem), according to BanditTrackerNortheast.com.

BanditTrackerNortheast, which presents information from federal, county, and local law enforcement agencies and partners, reports that the same suspect is also wanted in connection with the robbery of the PNC Bank at 45 South Martine Ave. in Fanwood on Dec. 7, 2013.

Additionally, the man is also a suspect in the robberies of the Investors Savings Bank at 51 South Broad St. in Elizabeth on Aug. 30, 2013 and Oct. 30, 2013; the Capital One Bank at 815 Route 22 in North Plainfield on Jan. 25, 2014;  the PNC Bank at 1730 Oak Tree Road, Edison on March 1;  the Capital One Bank located at 775 Route 1 South, Woodbridge on March 8; and the Rahway Investors Institute at 426 Lake Ave. in Colonia on March 22.
