RARITAN, NJ - Raritan Borough Police have released the police blotter for mid March to mid April.Henri Guaman-Ortiz, 52, of Bound Brook, was arrested March 11 at 10 p.m. for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Third Street. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
