Police Blotter: Outstanding Warrants

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - The following individuals were arrested as a result of motor vehicle stops after having been found to be holding outstanding warrants:

Yefferson Agulilar-Sepulve, 24, Elizabeth, NJ was found to hold a $900.00 warrant out of Elizabeth. He was charged with driving while suspended, suspended registration, cracked windshield and unregistered vehicle. Agulilar-Sepulve was released after posting bail.

Richard F. Morris Jr., 34, Watchung, NJ was found to hold a $500.00 warrant out of Bloomfield. He was charged with driving while suspended and was released after posting bail.

Mauricio Lira, 45, Monmouth Jct., NJ was found to hold a warrant for $315.00 out of Mountainside. He was released after posting bail.

Wilson Luna, 30, Plainfield, NJ was found to hold a $250.00 warrant out of Flemington. He was charged with driving while suspended and improper turn and was released after posting bail.
On Friday, January 16, 2014, Det. Sgt. Joseph Williams served a criminal complaint for theft to Jorge Fonesca, 24, of Gillette. The complaint alleges that in November of 2013, Fonesca took possession of brick pavers valued at $2,712.00 from a local garden center. Fonesca never made payment on the material after repeated attempts to do so.
On Friday, January 24, 2014 officers responded to Circleview Avenue to investigate a report of a theft. Ptl. Frank Mea investigated and found that copper wiring and other items valued at approximately $1,000.00 were taken from a cell phone tower at that location. Detectives responded to the location for processing and the matter is currently under further investigation.
