Today I am grateful for Maya Angelou, a beautiful woman inside and out, who inspired us with her kindness, blessed us with her joy, gifted us with her words and honored us with her laughter. My sincere condolences to her family, friends and most especially Oprah Winfrey, who, by her silence at this time of personal and national grief, says more than words could ever express. From my favorite quote, “. . . they will never forget how you made them feel.”
I am grateful that Maya Angelou makes me feel like I want to be a better person.
Each and every day I find something to be grateful for. My gratitude's are heartfelt, personal, moving and often humorous. Facebook followers have encouraged me to branch out. I hope you will relate.
