LIVINGSTON, NJ – Since the end of 2013, there has been significant construction happening on Northfield Road, just below Sam’s, and one of the businesses that has emerged is the Investor’s Bank Livingston Plaza Branch, which relocated at the end of 2013 from its S. Livingston Avenue location to 24 E. Northfield Road. Investor’s Bank is no stranger to Livingston—it has had a presence in town for 19 years, and boasts the recently refurbished SBA Branch at 371 East Northfield Road too.
The new and much larger Plaza Branch now features a two-lane drive up, ample parking, safety deposit boxes and drive up ATMs, as well as typical banking services including mortgages, home equity loans and lines of credit, CDs, and a variety of checking and savings accounts.
The SBA Branch also has a drive up ATM, and two lane drive up, and offers night drop, as well as other typical banking services.
In addition, to serve the business community, according to the Investors website, the company provides commercial real estate loans, lines of credit and structured financing as well as sweep accounts and checking, deposit and escrow services. And, Investor’s commercial banking services are offered to professional service firms, municipalities, small and middle market companies, commercial and industrial firms and other businesses.
According to its website, Investors Bank has been serving the banking needs of New Jersey and New York residents since 1926. With over $15.6 billion in assets, and a network of over 125 retail branches, in which it provides a wide range of consumer, business, commercial real estate, nonprofit and local government products and services, Investors also supports local and statewide organizations that enrich the quality of life in the communities it serves including Livingston and West Orange.
In August 2013, Investors Bank and the Investors Foundation contributed $250,000 to Essex County’s Turtle Back Zoo to fund the new Prehistoric Playground. The dinosaur-themed playground features custom-made climbing pieces with images of saber-toothed tigers, triceratops, T-Rex, and many great reptiles as well as mammals from primeval periods. The space also has an area where children can simulate a dig for fossils!
In February 2014, Investors Bank and Investors Foundation presented a $5,000 grant to the Cerebral Palsy of New Jersey (CPNJ) Horizon School in Livingston. The funds will be used to renovate and equip a second Therapeutic Pre-school classroom.

And, on March 13, Investors donated $4,000 to the Livingston Township Golf Outing, which it is sponsoring. The event is being held on May 19, at Cedar Hill Country Club. The proceeds will benefit the Livingston First Aid Squad.
“Investor’s Bank strives to be a good community partner and takes pride in the projects it supports like the Essex County playground in West Orange, CPNJ and Livingston’s Golf Outing,” said Branch Manager/Assistant Vice President, Livingston SBA Branch, Investors Bank, Ronnie Sevilla.
“I am always excited about and proud of Investor Bank’s commitment to the community,” said Branch Manager, Livingston Plaza Branch, Investors Bank, Dorothy Butler. “Livingston is a wonderful town with so much to offer and Investors enjoys supporting the community we serve.”
