Towamencin Township Police believe they have identified, arrested and charged a Hatfield man with the alleged theft and use of an elderly Towamencin woman’s credit card.
Alexander Scott Kramlik, 28, of the 1900 block of Overbrook Road, was taken into custody Friday, police said, and charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, access device fraud, and tampering with evidence.
Kramlik, a Souderton Area High School graduate, was arraigned Friday by District Judge William Maruszczak of King of Prussia and sent to Montgomery County prison in lieu of $10,000 bail, police said.
Kramlik is the alleged culprit who committed credit card theft and fraud on May 28, police said, in which Kramlik made numerous fraudulent ATM transactions totaling $330.
The alleged victim was an 81-year-old woman, who discovered the unauthorized ATM withdrawals to her checking account, police said, and then found her card was not in her possession.
