Monday, March 17
7:30 p.m. – SOMA Board of Education Meeting at 525 Academy Street, Maplewood.
Tuesday, March 18
7:30 p.m. – Maplewood Township Committee Meeting at the Municipal Building, 574 Valley Street.
Wednesday, March 19
7:30 p.m. - South Orange Planning and Zoning Meeting at 76 South Orange Ave. 3rd Floor
Thursday, March 20
7:30 p.m. – Town Hall Meeting at Marshall Elementary School, 262 Grove Road, South Orange
8 p.m. - Pope Francis' Vision of the Church at SHU: Fr. Antonio Spadaro will give a lecture titled “My Door Is Always Open – Pope Francis’ Vision of the Church."
Friday, March 21
8 p.m. - Well Strung at SOPAC: There’s a new kind of boy band on the circuit. The all-male 20-something string quartet Well-Strung features classical musicians who sing, putting their own vocal and musical spin on the works of Mozart, Vivaldi, Rihanna, Adele, Pink, Kelly Clarkson, Britney Spears and more.
Saturday, March 22
2 p.m. - A.I.M. Studios Grand Opening Party: All are invited to A.I.M. Studios "Artists in the Making" Grand Opening Party. A.I.M. Studios strives to instruct and inspire the community through the performing and creative arts. They provide a creative atmosphere where kids and adults can express themselves, develop talents, and find their inner artist.
8 p.m. - Richard Shindell & Lucy Kaplansky at SOPAC: An amazing co-bill featuring two of today’s most popular touring singer-songwriters. Richard and Lucy performed together in the acclaimed folk “supergroup” Cry, Cry, Cry.
